Throughout my career, I’ve held every role inside a Med Spa, from front desk coordinator to practice manager, to regional director overseeing multi-unit, high-volume organizations. I’ve also partnered closely with boutique, owner-operated practices, helping them scale from 1–2 locations into thriving multi-location brands. I’ve opened more than 20 brand-new Med Spa locations from the ground up, and in one year alone launched 10 new stores, bringing every single one to profitability within just 60 days.

Along the way, I’ve been the recipient of multiple Achievement Awards, recognizing my ability to build, grow, and sustain high-performing practices. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of what it truly takes to create scalable systems, elevate teams, and drive predictable, transformational growth.
